manifesto

We believe that it is more fun and better for the Earth, to create something new from something old. We are a collective of artists and creative people who share a joy in collaboration and learning with others, artists and non-artists alike. We share a common interest in using recycled materials in art-making and see up-cycling as an inspiration and creative opportunity. Here are some links and videos that we made and/or find useful ** Covid 19 note, we are experimenting with DIY masks, and have links to six pattern sources (including no sew options)**
We have been making some "make your own..." pamphlets to help you get started on your projects.  You can download and print these, or just check them out online, and we will add more as we make more. Enjoy! below that are links to other resources we found useful. Thanks to artist Treya Beaulieu for the designs and for the support of grants from the Ontario Arts Council and City of Toronto/Live Green Community Waste Reduction Grant program
