Making signs with kindergarten kids and older eco club students, by request of Appletree and the Community Garden. We made a mosaic Renata's Garden sign from up-cycled tiles and broken plates, and labels for the plants, signs for the season made from cardboard and scavenged sticks.
Last days at Davisville Public School. The school is slated for demolition in the fall, to begin two years of construction on a new school on the site. In the spirit of public service to the community, Works-in-Progress artists Treya, Tanya and guest artist Otis stepped up to do a little tagging prior to the last fun fair. Principal and our MP Carolyn Bennett were happy to pose with graffiti at the fair but just as we did have one concerned citizen threaten to report us to the police...
